Metri meaning FRIENDSHIP, which clearly reflects in our products through ablend of glass and stone. We make home décor aesthetics. We design and make products which are handmadr, made using simple tools and considerable hand and eye coordination. Every product reflects the hardwork of local artisans.
Stone handicraft
Metri based out of agra and Firozabad, city of love and suhaag nagri. Agra, known for the world’s most beautiful wonder i.e taj mahal, which known for its skilled stone craftsmanship. Its architectyure has always been a source of inspiration for the craftsmen of the city who are expert in inlay(pachchkari) and fret work(jaaliwork) sice Mughal era.
When it comes to glass
A unique and most sustainable material which could be framed into any shape, colourand size with the skilled craftsmanship. Firozabad which is globally known as glass hub but with industrialisation this hand blown glass craftsmanship has lost its velour.
